On an indoor group outing, you don’t want to sit still. In the cell complex at Prison Island, each team of 2 to 4 players decides on its own strategy. One cell requires clever math, the next calls for agility, quick reflexes, or physical effort. Afterward, grab a putter at Glow Minigolf. Amid glowing fairways, disco balls, and your own music channel on the Silent Disco headphones, you’ll compete to see who can finish with the fewest strokes.

Whether you're stopping by for a company outing, family outing or friends' outing: Rain is no obstacle at all at Kroongeheim . Rumor has it that as early as 1896, this was already a hidden retreat where the royal entourage gathered for regal entertainment and games. Today, you can carry on that tradition with an energetic competition. Optionally, expand the program with Archery & Airgun Shooting under our spacious covered awning and wrap up the evening with drinks and bitterballen in our cozy indoor area.

We really enjoyed it! However, with some of the rooms, we felt like the room wasn't working properly—especially the ones where you had to press buttons; we couldn't figure out the logical sequence.

In case of bad weather, you can opt for the covered cell complex at Prison Island Veluwe (26 cells) and the neon trails of Glow Miniature Golf with Silent Disco. Also, our shooting range for Archery & Airgun Shooting is generously covered.
How long does an indoor program at Kroongeheim last?
You can choose to play Prison Island for 1, 1.5, or 2 hours. A round of Glow Mini-Golf takes an average of 45 to 60 minutes. Combined with drinks, you can easily put together a full half-day outing.
For which groups is a “bad weather” outing at Kroongeheim suitable?
Our indoor offerings are a perfect fit for a company outing, family outing, friends' outing, bachelor party for him or bachelorette party for her.
At what age can children start playing inside?
Glow Mini Golf is suitable for children ages 6 and up when accompanied by an adult. Prison Island can be played by children ages 9 and up, provided that each team includes at least one adult for participants under 16.
What are the dining options for an indoor outing?
Afterward, you can enjoy a drink and some bitterballen in our cozy setting. For large groups, we can arrange a full-course BBQ or buffet upon request. If you’re looking for a place to have dinner with a smaller group, Buitenplaats 't Loo is within walking distance.
